The concert started NOW.
20.12h: half a million people already on Copacabana beach.
21.18h: more than a million spectators.
Looking out of my window in Ipanema there are still thousands on its way to Copa. Must reach an audience of 2 million people, I guess.
O Globo will start the transmission at 22.20h, exclusively in Brazil, seems the online transmission rights were not granted to anybody. Maybe some bloggers keep you up to date. Or visit Terra or UOL where may appear some recent pics. Or check out tomorrow O Globo.
By the way, I cannot accept a flyer from my newspaper informing its dear subsribers that the delivery may be delayed tomorrow due to the show. There are important news besides the band in the world. To me this happening is totally exaggerated anyway the way it dominated the pages in the media. Of course, for the production an excellent promotion says the marketer in me.
Graças a deus, U2 plays in SP next week, Bono having lunch with Lula tomorrow.
"Deve que ser horrivel morar num país que respira música" , the saying of a dear newspaper columnist ;-) Pic: O Globo.
yes, you are right.
The Stones are outdated, what's the fuss?
